Work Retraction
Retracting from an article that is assigned to you will result in fines equivalent to the price of the article.
Not completing a revision will result in fines, depending on the amount of revision required.
Late Submissions
- A 5-hour grace period is provided. As such, deadline extensions will no longer be granted.
- Failure to submit within the grace period may result in the automatic reassignment of the article. This will be considered work retraction, and the corresponding fines will be applied.
- 3 consecutive late submissions may result in termination.
- Exemptions may be given, depending on the reason for lateness and on the writer’s past performance.
Plagiarism
Plagiarism up to 2% of the content is tolerated. Anything beyond this is unacceptable and will be subjected to revision or termination.
Submitting an article that contains 10% or more plagiarized content will result in immediate termination.
What constitutes as plagiarized content?
- Copying 3 or more words from the source. Direct quotations are not allowed. Everything must be paraphrased.
- Using a single source as your reference. This will get marked as plagiarized even if you paraphrase the text. Spinning an article is not allowed. You must use at least 3 references.
- Copying from your own/previous work.
Leaves
You can take a leave anytime and as long as you want. However, you should give me at least a day’s notice.
Workloads
- You will initially be assigned 1 article/day (Articles range from 100-1000 words/article).
- You can get more articles if you think you can handle more or as soon as you complete an article and you still want to keep writing for the day. This will depend on the availability of articles.
- Notify me immediately about changes in your work schedule so that we can come up with a work arrangement that will be conducive for the both of us.
